2021 Schubert Pinot Noir "Block B"

2021 Schubert Pinot Noir "Block B"

Dark cherries and baked plums are unfolding from the glass, transitioning into thyme and violets with impressions of cassis, sandalwood, and cinnamon. A complex wine with a firm tannin structure, yet smooth mouthfeel. The supporting role of oak intensifies the underlying dark cacao and spicy characters.
