Still very youthful, this Baden pinot noir is anything other than spectacular, but it builds and builds as it flows over your palate. Terrific interplay of finely etched chalky tannins, elegant acidity and a wealth of subtle earthy complexity. The length and intensity of the emphatically dry finish suggests that this has great aging potential.
