GRIESEL & COMPAGNIE PRESTIGE PINOT BLANC BRUT NATURE 2020

The enticing nose of candied citrus pulls you into this excellent German sparkling wine that marries mature and youthful characteristics in a very satisfying manner. Bone dry with a pronounced chalkiness on the medium-bodied palate. Quite a finish, but the biscuity lees character prevents the bright mousse and acidity from taking the upper hand. Matured for 34 months on the lees in bottle before disgorging in June 2024.
