Fragrant with wildflowers and wildflower honey but no real sense of sweetness in the aroma. A touch of fresh pear, slightly richer in than the Limestone. Dry and textured on the palate even with the sweetness (I usually find sweeter wines have a more rounded texture), a chalky, dry contrast with the actual sweetness in the wine. Opens to a little bit of white pepper. Dancing and expressive, that chalkiness brings it to perfect harmony. Extremely fresh acidity gives it an arrow-like heart in a scented exterior.
